 01  HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING MY CAR DEALER'S LICENSE WITH YOUR PROGRAM?

Our process is quite simple. You would just need to complete the dealer application online. Once your application has beeen approved and upon receipt of payment, we can set up your auction access account within 24 hours. You will be able to buy cars for wholesale prices at the auctions and sell them to the retail public immediately.​

 02  DO I HAVE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK OR CREDIT CHECK IN ORDER TO MY DEALER APPLICATION APPROVED?

You do not have to pass a background check or credit check in order to get your application approved. We do not do background or credit checks.

 03  HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE AND HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO START BUYING AND SELLING CARS?

There are three different services to choose from: 24 hour service, 2-3 business days service and the 7 business day service. Which service you select upon sign up will determine how long it will take to set your account up.​

 04  WILL I BE LISTED AS A OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP OR WILL I BE A MEMBER OF SOMEONE ELSES DEALERSHIP?

You would be a member of someone else's dealership. As a member, you will have the same benefits of the dealership. The fee paid for each dealer program is to share the expenses of the dealership.

 05  IS THE DEALERSHIP THAT I AM A MEMBER OF A RETAIL OR WHOLESALE DEALERSHIP?

The dealership that you will be a member of is a retail dealership. Therefore, you will be able to sell retail to the public.

 06  AS A MEMBER OF THE DEALERSHIP, WILL I BE ABLE TO RETAIL THE CARS TO THE PUBLIC?

Yes, you will be able to handle your own paperwork at the point of sale. We will send you over all the forms to complete the transaction.​

 07  WHEN I BUY CARS AT THE AUCTION, WILL I BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE TITLE(S) TO THE CAR(S) THAT I PURCHASE?

Yes you will be able to pick up the title(s) to all the car(s) that you purchase at the auction.

 08  ARE THERE ANY TRANSACTIONS FEES INVOLVED FOR EACH CAR THAT I SELL?

If you sign up for the Beginner Dealer Program, it is required to have each title reassignment.  There is a $150 fee for each title reassigned.  Title reassignment is an option for all other programs but not a requirement. 

 09  DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL DEALER AUCTIONS NATIONWIDE?

Yes, you will have access to all dealer auctions nationwide.

 10  WILL I BE ABLE TO REGISTER AS A DEALER AT PRIVATE AND PUBLIC AUCTIONS?

Yes, you will be able to register as a dealer at all auctions.

 11  CAN I GET A DEALER FLOOR PLAN THROUGH YOUR PROGRAM?

Through our Partnership Dealer and Expert Dealer programs dealer floor plan options are available.​

 12  WHAT IS SUBPRIME FINANCING?

Subprime financing is available to your customers that have no credit or challenged credit. With an easy application approval process, your customers will be able to immediately get the funds to buy the car that you are selling them.

 13  WILL I BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SUBPRIME FINANCING FOR MY CUSTOMERS?

 

Yes, you will have that option if you sign up for the Expert Dealer Program.​

 14  HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING CAR FAX REPORTS THROUGH YOUR PROGRAM?

You would just simply call in to the customer support number provided with the vehicle vin number, year, make and model. Thereafter, we will email you the CarFax report. This service is only available under the Expert Dealer Program.

 15  CAN I GET DEALER PLATES WITH YOUR PROGRAMS?

Yes, you will be able to get dealer plates with all of our programs with the exception of the Beginner Dealer Program.

 16  WILL OTHERS BE ALLOWED TO USE THE DEALER PLATES TO TRANSPORT CARS FROM THE AUCTIONS ON MY BEHALF?

Yes, your partners or staff that you have working for you will be allowed to transport cars on your behalf.​
